10, 3x Single lunges - 15 pound weight in each hand
10, 3x Plie squats- Smith Machine 70 lbs
10, 3x Leg extensions- 50 lbs
10, 3x curtsy squat- TRX
10 , 3x hamstring curl (laying down) with hip raise
Squat press with ball
Body Combat- 55 minutes, with Gina
