Ever been so sore from a workout that it crippled your workout the following day? That was me today as I attempted yoga. Totally my fault for not staying hydrated yesterday. My wrist and ankles were also stiff today. Anyone have that issue with cold weather? My body just isn't cooperating today. Make sure your yoga teacher knows you are pregnant or have any injuries that may limit what you can do.
